Appendix A: Permit of Frootiness

For the uninitiated, the Permit of Frootiness is a highly sought-after document that allows individuals to operate a lemonade stand in the heart of the city. This appendix contains the requisite information for those seeking to obtain said permit.

Section 1: Eligibility

To be eligible for the Permit of Frootiness, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 5'8'' tall.
• Have a pulse rate of 60 BPM or lower.
• Be willing to wear a name tag with your first name on it for at least 8 hours a day.

Section 2: Application Process

To apply for the Permit of Frootiness, follow these steps:

1. Download the application form from our official website.
2. Fill it out with your name, address, and the number of lemons you plan to sell.
3. Submit it to the Bureaucracy Department, 3rd Floor, 123 Frooty Street.

Note: Applications submitted by email will not be considered. In-person submissions only. Please do not try to fax.

Section 3: Additional Requirements

In addition to the Permit of Frootiness, applicants must also provide:

• A letter of recommendation from a reputable lemonade vendor.
• Proof of a lemonade recipe book with at least 5 original recipes.
• A valid credit card with at least 500 dollars of available credit.
